Step 1 – Pre-policy Review

Step 2 – Claims Response
We also support your customers through the claims journey to protect people, property and assets. We do this using our wide range of technology solutions alongside our security and response services. If there is a security breach, we will respond quickly at the point of the event. Through our NSI Gold Accredited ARC monitoring service, we’re able to offer rapid response security services and quickly attend your site during an emergency.
Damage to the property can be greatly reduced if the emergency response is swift and decisive. A fast response to a security breach can also make the difference when it comes to life protection as well as damage limitation.
We will support your customers through the claims process should they need to make an insurance claim and project manage any security and clean-up requirements.
Step 3 – Post claim
After a security breach, it’s important to mitigate any further risk and prevent any additional damage to a property. We offer Security Consultancy Services and Risk Assessments to help restore and protect properties following an incident.
If a property is to remain vacant for a period of time, we offer vacant property security measures such as steel security screens and windows, vacant property alarms and concrete barrier hire to prevent access. Should a property become occupied illegally, we can also provide professional eviction services.
Our physical security is bolstered by leading technology security measures, including commercial CCTV, video-verified alarms or CCTV towers, allowing our rapid response team to maintain eyes on your property at all times.
